Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been validated?

What are the delivery charges?

How can I track my order?

What should I do if my parcel is late or lost?

Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn and unwashed item. If it's not clothing, the item must be in excellent condition; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your request. The refund will only be issued after we have verified the returned product. The first return is free of charge, and all subsequent returns are at your expense (this rule is subject to change, and returns will be free in the future)! Please note that cosmetics and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
